Bookings Policy

At A Welcome Change Holistic Healing, we accept bookings online and in-person.

 

When you make a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

1. Payments

Payments are made in person at the conclusion of the treatment session, either by cash or card - EFTPOS facilities are available.

 

Children’s prices are varied according to the time taken to complete the treatment. A child’s session is adapted to suit the age and attention span of your child. Children are classified as under 15 years of age.

 

If costs prohibit you from seeking treatment, please feel free to discuss this with Bronwyn and arrangements may be made.

 ​2. Scheduling and cancellations

Your appointments are important to us. However, we do understand that the unexpected can occur.

 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule in order to provide you with the best possible outcome. If the treatment proceeds, you will still be charged the standard appointment costs.

 

We respectfully request that 24 hours’ notice be given if you have to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

 

3. No shows

We’re grateful that our clients are respectful of our time. If you are a new client and you make a booking but do not arrive and fail to make contact with us, we will allow you one more opportunity to make a booking. If at the second appointment you do not come, we reserve the right to cancel any future bookings you make, or require a booking fee to secure your appointment.
