In the sense that we’ll work together to listen to the body and plan for how we can optimise your health and wellbeing.

Rather than relying on your conscious understanding of what’s going on with your health, as your kinesiologist, I’ll use non-invasive muscle monitoring techniques to hear what the body can tell us about your health.
We’ll watch and listen, before working with your body to gently provide relief in the most appropriate ways. But more than just a temporary band-aid, we’re working towards deeper healing.
